The Event Management Service involves the planning, coordination, and execution of events, with event managers working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Through this collaboration, an event plan is created to ensure a smooth and successful event that meets desired outcomes.
To ensure the safety of all involved, an Event Management Plan (EMP) is developed, which serves as a guide from set up to pack down, with information on how to handle unexpected situations.
Additionally, we provide Staging, Lighting, and Sound services, where we create a custom stage design that balances the lighting and sound to suit the event's requirements. This includes the option to add PA wings for sponsors or advertisers, along with the event name.
We also offer full consultation with our event managers to keep our clients informed throughout the planning process, ensuring we meet their needs effectively.
To discuss your event requirements in detail, head over to our contact page and submit your request. We will get back in touch with you promptly.
The Event Management Plan is a crucial document that ensures the safety of all individuals involved in an event, from set up to pack down. In most cases, local authorities require an Event Management Plan before granting permission for the event to proceed.
The plan includes detailed information on various aspects, such as Site Plans & Risk Assessment, Crowd Management, Security & Stewarding, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, Severe Weather, and Event Cancellations. It also covers Road Traffic Management, Alcohol Consumption, Street/Pitch Trading, Food Safety, Water, Electricity & Gas, First Aid, Coronavirus, Fire Safety, Waste Management, Toilets & Handwashing Facilities, Noise Management, and Lost Child.
If you have any further questions about the Event Management Plan, please do not hesitate to contact us.
This all depends on the type and size of event you are planning. If it’s a wedding, we would say to start the conversation when you’ve set your date (we recommend 8-12 months in advance where possible). Other events can certainly take a shorter planning time. Don’t worry; your cost would not increase if you started earlier. We still only bill based on the total number of hours spent working on your event. All in all, always start the planning early. It’s better to have some breathing room as the event approaches. That being said, we’re totally comfortable working in a last minute, high-stress environment, so if you find yourself needing to plan a last minute event, don’t hesitate to call.
